Slowly Braised Lamb Shank
with mustard-honey sauce, potatoes and fresh herbs

Galaktoboureko
Asyrupy custard pie "Galaktoboureko" is a traditional Greek dessert.
Made with phyllo pastry, filled with a semolina cream, and soaked in syrup.
